Company History
Kim Lung was established in Hong Kong in 1983. In its early years, the company worked mainly on export programs to Germany, with early strengths in silk woven shirts, blouses, and dresses.
The business later expanded to Western European markets including the United Kingdom, Spain, France, and Italy, as well as the United States. Product work expanded from lightweight woven tops and dresses into smart coordinates and broader material directions including linen, cotton, Tencel, viscose, recycled polyester, and other woven and knit qualities.
Kim Lung also strengthened development capability in wash effects, embroidery, prints, fabric and trim sourcing, and sample development. Today, Kim Lung acts as a premium garment manufacturing partner for buyers who need practical support developing products from concept and sampling through production follow-up.
